Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using EagleSON X, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
Use of the Platform
You may use the platform only in compliance with these terms, applicable law, and our Acceptable Use Policy. You are responsible for activity under your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
Ownership & Exportability
Software manufactured for you is yours, subject to the Export & Ownership Policy. We retain rights to the platform, its underlying technology, and capability blocks except as expressly granted.
Payment & Plans
Fees, billing cycles, and ownership models (subscription, rent-to-own, full ownership) are described at purchase. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or expressly stated.
Disclaimers
The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Termination
You may stop using the platform at any time and export your software. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms. Your export and ownership rights survive termination as described in the Export & Ownership Policy.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated, and continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
